D.M. chapter XIV, section 14.2(7). 3- Pin down all wheel stops. 4- Provide wheel stops for north building parking. 5- Stabilize all areas distrubed by construction. 6- Complete all sidewalk work. 7- Complete retention/detention basin. 8- Complete all drainage and drainage structures. 9- Install all bollers for trash enclosures. 10- Clean all wash out on site. 11- Grade basin to drain. 12- Have engineer address all slopes steeper then 3 to 1. 13- Keep all SWPPP controls in working order until all areas stabilized. 14- Engineer needs to provide approved revised drawing showing all changes to drainage. 15- Address all erosion on site. 16- Complete all construction around building. 17- Backfill all open holes. 18- Remove all port-a-pottys from site. 19- Address holes southwest corner of project. 20- Install all traffic islands. 21- Complete all striping. 22- Complete outlet for basin, per approved drawings. |
