Final grading punch list;
1) Install bollards in dumpster enclosure per detail 15 sht. 2
2) Sidewalk width near curb ramp crossing on south side of parking area is only 3'-9", need zoning and engineering approval to remain as is.
3) Stabilize all exposed areas per LUC 3.7.2.7. You may request the use of a soil stabilizer in lieu of conventional site soil stabilization requirements, however this will need to be approved by the DSD engineering reviewer.
As-built are OK if items listed above are fixed in the field, otherwise change as-builts to reflect what was built.
