BUILD THE BLDG#9 ENTRANCE PER APPROVED PLAN OR SUBMIT A REVISED GRADING PLAN SHOWING ONE OF THE ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF PHYSICALLY SEPARATING THE SIDEWALK ENTRANCE FROM THE VEHICULAR TRAVEL LANE.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR C OF O APPROVAL FOR ENGINEERING ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1) SAFE ACCESS FOR PUBLIC
2) SEPARATE REMAINING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY FROM BLDG #9.
3) PROVIDE TRASH CONTAINER FOR BLDG.
4) COMPLETE ALL DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON AND AROUND BLDG.
5) PROVIDE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF PARKING FOR OCCUPANTS.

THERE IS NO VERTICAL SEPARATION FOR 70 FEET AT THE FRONT OF THE BLDG FACING THE PARKING LOT. GRADING PLAN CROSS SECTION SHOWS A VERTICAL CURB.

SE CORNER OF SITE ELEVATION DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PARKING LOT AND ADJACENT 8' SIDEWALK IS APPROXIMATELY 12-18" . CONTRACTOR MUST EITHER REMOVE SIDEWALK AND RE-GRADE TO MEET LOT ELEVATION OR INSTALL A HANDRAILING ALONG THE SIDEWALK AND INSTALL BANK PROTECTION ALONG THE AREA.
