01/16/2009 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met with Steve on site, contractor wil need to address slopes from weirs. (steeper then 2 to 1) Need to address basin walls, some areas lower then wier.
01/08/2009 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Basins holding water for 3rd. day. Issued Correction Notice, Contractor needs to address basins (2). Spoke to Joseph Badiei in regards to. If item is not addressed I will issue Notice of Violation.
01/08/2009 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met on site with contractor and owner, went over items not in complaince. Contractor used his smart level on all areas and they were still not in complaince. Owner keeps ask me to instruct his contractor on how to proceed with construction. I told him I could not do that, it was up to the owner or the engineer to do that.

2- If areas are not stabilized re-install all SWPPP controls.
If contractor does not address items will issue a Notice Of Violation or Stop Work Order.
