1- Provide letter from engineer in regards to D.S. chapter XIV, section 14.2(7). Regards to drainage and detention/retention basins.
2- Remove all construction material and debris from site.
3- Clean all parking areas and trash enclosures.
4- Remove trash dumpster and port-a-potty
5- Complete all work.
6- Clean all wash out from site.
7- Address all erosion along southwest side of parking area.
8- Install all rip rap per approved drawings.
9- Install door and sidewalk to rear of trash enclosure per approved drawings (sheet 13).
10- Engineer needs to address sidewalk. Sidewalk needs to be 6.5 feet wide. Around entire building.
11- Clear the back of all sidewalk scuppers.
12- Install all bike parking. Class 1 and 2.
13- Complete all asphalt work.
14- Install all HC ramp per code. (max 8.33% and 2% cross slope)
Contractor needs to complete items and call in for re-inspection before C of O issued.
