If items are not addressed I will issue a notice of violation. Spoke to site super in regards to items.
05/08/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to:
1- Sweep track out from site.
2- Repair controls a long south side of project.
3- Provide new N.O.I.
4- Hector needs to contact Ron Brown in regards to ADA access (truncated domes)
03/17/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to:
1- Clean street.
2- Uncover wattle around perimeter.
3- Clean up wash out around site.
4- Address items deleted on approved grading plan.
Spoke to site super in regards to. Super said they are working on a revised grading plan now.
