Material Change revision. 4-foot wide path approved at 2"/4" asphalt is being changed to 4-foot wide concrete. This is a 1st Tier revision and the change can be made in the field without the need for a revised grading or base plan. I have confirmed this with Steve Shield, Zoning. The change does not affect landscaping or landscaping requirement. Detailed drawings are not needed the inspector should document the change in Permits Plus and the final engineering "as-built" or as built letter can address the change and show the required documentation from the Engineer of Record.
