EXISTING STRAW WATTLE WAS RELOCATED FOR TEMPORARY USE. THIS WATTLE WILL NEED TO BE MOVED WHEN THE SLOPES AND DRAINAGE ARE CONSTRUCTED. BILL KOCH WILL MONITOR CHANGING CONDITIONS AT THIS SITE AND RE-INSTALL SWPPP CONTROLS AS NEEDED. |
