07/21/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Walked site with site super. Contractor needs to call in for inspection. Lots of erosion on site, rip rap not installed properly, basin holding water and flap valve not closing.
04/14/2008 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Spoke to Carl in regards to final inspection. Carl to call in when Best completes paving.
11/19/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor installed 18"HDPE pipe along eastside of building. Not installed per City of Tucson standard. Contractor will need to provide letter from engineer in regards to pipe installation and provide compaction test for backfill above the pipe zone.
Asbuilt elev. for southside is 76.00, northside 74.00.
