12/06/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Issued correction notice. Contractor needs to:
1- Clean wash out from site. (all)
2- Repair holes under wattle. (southside)

12/03/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor installed 8" stormsewer pipe on southwest corner of building per approved plan. Spoke to Carl site super in regards to providing SWPPP controls for property where contractor stockpiling material. If not addressed will issue a stop work order.
11/15/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Issued correction notice. Contractor has 5 days to address:
1- Clean wash out on southside of project in drainage channel.
2- Un-cover wattle on eastside, put back in working order.
3- Install construction entrance on northside, if going to continue to use as entrance.
