The following is a preliminary list of items that need to be addressed prior to site completion.

Contractor needs to complete all site work per approved plan.

1) Per note 4 on the approved plans-concrete header opening with post barricade is necessary in both indicated locations. (Per standard detail#106)
2) Install bicycle parking per approved plan note #6
3) Per note 9 install H/C parking signs per plan
4) Per note 10, install concrete parking bumpers
5) Per note 11 install barricade railing
6) Per note 12 install 5' painted pedestrian path in both locations indicated
7) Per notes 15 and 24-Provide revised set of plans or letter from engineer indicating approval of the elimination of these items.
8) Per note 29, items have not been completed. Provide revised set of plans or letter from engineer indicating approval of the elimination of these items.
9) Complete basin structure per plan including installation of rock rip rap. Basin certification letter from registered engineer is necessary before completion of project.
10) Remove all construction debris and stock piles.
11) Per notes on plan "scrape, clean and hydro-seed indicated areas per approved landscaping plan"
12) Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction,
13) Complete all landscaping items per approved plan.
14) Provide as-builts where necessary
15) Provide site certification letter from engineer.
