04/01/2008 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor installed drainage for west loading dock. Inlet elev. , Discharge elev. , 49' of 6" pipe.
03/21/2008 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor install drainage pipe for east loading dock. Inlet inv. 10.07 and discharge inv. 7.94, installed per approved plan.
02/22/2008 GRADING - FINAL Denied Contractor needs to:
1- Remove generator from ped. access path.
2- Remove port-a-potty.
3- Clean all wash out around site.
4- Separate all construction activity and debris from public access.
5- Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction.
6- Grade around box southwest corner to smooth uniform finish.
7- Stabilize all areas disturbed behind 1698, 1694, 1690 and 1686 W. Valencia Rd.
8- Install collars around clean outs.
9- Remove all trip hazards from ped. access path.
10- Remove mini storage unit or obtain permit.
11- Stripe bollards in trash enclosure.
12- Clean side slope next to drainage channel.
13- Provide 36" of clear area around all bike parking and 28" between racks.
14- Provide 5' sidewalk northeast corner of building.

12/17/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Met with Mario on site, went over minor changes to HC ramp building 2 and sidewalk building 1. I told Mario he will need to talk to LeeRay building inspector in regards to finals.
