Engineering Approval for the Building Permits can not be given until the Final Grading Inspection (#09190) is completed and approved for Permit T07BU00756.

Provide a letter of certification from the Arizona Registered P.E. for Completion of Work (per City of Tucson Development Standard 11-01.16.0).

Provide a copy of the C.O.T. approved As-Built Grading Plan.

This was an oversight on Engineering's part when it came in for the revision. I did not notice the change from 25-feet to 22-feet. Considering the development (self storage that will have limited access) and the fact that Fire still has access, we will approve this design for this project only. Thee 22-foot PAAL width at the entry gate location is approvable.

A-Atlas Discount Storage at 9685 E. Broadway has an approved plan revision dated 12-23-08. The approved revision included a 25' sliding gate that was reduced to a 22' sliding gate at the entrance to the storage facility. This gate reduces the driveway entrance to 22' width.
The gate has already been constructed.
Please advise.
