WHICH TO ME THIS MEANS THAT THE EXISTING FOOTERS HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED OR ENLARGED TO COMPENSATE FOR THE EXTRA PRESSURE AND FORCE FROM THE ADDITIONAL MATERIAL IN WHICH IT IS RETAINING. VERIFICATION OF THE PROPER FOOTER SIZE AND DIMENSIONS FOR EACH LOCATION NEEDS TO BE DONE BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR LOTS 2 - 4. LOT 1 WAS NOT DESIGNED TO HAVE A RETAINING WALL BUT MAY NEED TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE NEW DESIGN CRITERIA. |
