T07BU00752 and T07BU00206 are the associated activity numbers. I have been in contact with these folks as recently as last week. They are due to come in and renew the grading permit for this site. They have been importing fill for a while and indicated that they are not going to be building any time real soon on this site. They have one stormwater inspection deficiency to address at this time. In regard to the sidewalk concerns, there will eventually be a sidewalk along the East side of the site (along the West side of Vozack). This, as usual, will not be done until the end of the project. In regard to the utility cut, the caller or ward office may wish to contact Permits and Codes at 791-4251 as those inspectors are responsible for verifying patch work meets City of Tucson Standards.
