11/02/2011 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Continued WAS CONTACTED BY THE REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR AND ADVISED HOW THE SURVEY MONUMENTS WERE LAID OUT, SITE CHECK SHOWS THAT ALL CURRENT MONUMENTS ARE WITHIN THE CITY TOLERANCES.

09/16/2009 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Continued SOME DISCREPANCY WITH EXISTING VERTICAL CURB VERSES WEDGE CURB IN RELATION TO THE FFE OF THE HOUSES COMPARED TO THE ROAD ELEVATION. IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM BETWEEN THE ROAD AND THE HOUSE TO FIT A WEDGE CURB, SIDEWALK, AND DRIVEWAY.
