08/15/2008 GRADING - FINAL Denied Contractor needs to:
1- Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction.
2- Stabilize alley south side of project.
3- Address Retention Basin holding water longer then 24 hours.
4- Build Retention Basin per approved plans. (Inlet, discharge and grade to smooth uniform finsh)
5- Remove all construction debris from site.
6- Backfill along bottom of block wall.
7- Repair asphalt between 1500 and 1504.
8- Address block wall extending into Retention Basin.
9- Have engineer show block wall and changes to flow on as-built drawing. (for approval at 201 N Stone. Exceed grading limits)
10- Install header at ends of asphalt. (flow undermining asphalt)
11- Have engineer address all slopes steeper then 3 to 1. (stabilization)
12- Remove all storm water controls once all areas stabilized.
08/05/2008 GRADING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection Contractor removing top 6" of material from basin. Replacing with sand. Contractor hoping this will stop basin from holding water for more then 24 hours.
07/21/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Issued NOV. Contractor has 20 days to correct problems with basin (no swppp controls, holding water longer then 24 hours). If items are not addressed will issue stop work order for site.
