There were vehicles parked on the East side and on the North side of the business. All on-coming traffic heading East on Speedway was clearly visible and there were no obstructions on the east side parking area. Vehicles on the East side were approx. 12 feet from the street (Arcadia.) Vehicles on the North side were approx 20 feet from the street (Speedway.) Further research at DSD Maps and Records show a four foot set back off of Speedway, which they meet. On Arcadia it shows a 12 foot set back and they just make. RM |
