Inspectors Pumphrey and Weise met at property for training case. Five (5) banners were found on property of various large sizes (totalling over 245 sq ft). Apartment Complexes are only allowed one (1) banner up to 90 sq ft. None of the banners had permits. Community Manager (Kim Leach 760-0900) was advised of violations and pending NOV to be sent for 7 day abatement. Reinspection will occur within 2 weeks. Complaint regarding blading was not found. ROW area seemed normal, landscaped area towards front appears to be maintained in a clean fashion. LRP |
