Upon interview of on-site manager, it was confirmed that a state license was issued to Cope Behavioral Health Services/Ocotillio for an occupancy of (15) residents. No C-of-O has been issued for Ocotillio. Stefanie (onsite manager) informed us that they are addressing the C-of-O issue. Under the current zoning of R-2, a maximum of (10) residents would permitted. Inspection of property confirms that work without permits has occurred to this structure. Last approved plans do not match current layout. NOV will be sent to owners for work without permits and no C-of-O. Schedule a fw/up inspection in (60) days. |
