Located a van parked in front of the property with a cord running out the back of the door. Spoke w/Lynn Gooding who stated that she did have someone living in the van (Kenny) on a temporary basis. Informed her that this was a violation and that the use had to cease immediately. Informed her that I would be sending her grandson, Mark Gooding, the NOV. |
