Located RV in church parking lot. The occupant is an elderly woman who goes by the name of "The Poof". Spoke with the occupant and explained that to occupy an rv as a dwelling unit on the property is a zoning violation. She informed me that she had obtained permission from the church to set-up there. She has no money and cannot afford to set-up at the rv parks. Advised her to talk with the church members and see about making living arrangements with them as soon as possible. I left my card and advised her that I would be back on Monday to check on her. |
