Met Mr. Ingham on site. Showed me around property. Did not see any commercial equipment stored on property. Indicated that he keeps equipment stored at his commercial yard for the business and has no reason to keep such equipment on his property. Noted that he does plan on doing improvements to yard and may require the use of his trencher. Advised him that would be fine as long as he does not store it there. It will mainly be used during the weekend and he will notify me by phone when this will occur. Close case. |
