06/22/2006 INSP-FOLLOW UP ZONING ENFORCE Approved Met w/Pamela on site. She showed me that her fence is aligned with the other fences along Bears Path. Also to note, many properties along this road have there corrals located in the front and would not meet the 10' setback requirement. She also stated that the previous owners owned horses and kept them in the same corral. Pamela states that they have given up on the daycare idea. She has complied with our requests to discontinue the parties, she has removed the signs for daycare and parties and has removed the signs from her truck. I walked the property with her and did not see any large massive piles of manure. Everything seems to be in order. I informed her that I would get back to her about the corral issue. She has also provided me a list of complaints that her attorney suggested that she deliver to me. Her attorney does live in the culdesac on Little Bear and is aware of the complaints against the Keuters. Advises that she should pursue legal action if harassment continues to occur from the city and neighbors.
06/09/2006 INSP-FOLLOW UP ZONING ENFORCE Approved Horse corral for pony rides has not been removed and appears to have several small piles of manure inside. Front yard has a fence where horses are kept, which is also a violation for not meeting setback requirements. The sign on the trailer has been revised to advertise for daycare parties of some sort. See photos. Parking areas have been made on 8765 E. Bears Path to accommodate the birthday party business. The corral is also located on this property address.
