05/15/2006 INSP-FOLLOW UP ZONING ENFORCE Approved Met Carl on site. Property is about 85% in compliance. I will make my final inspection on 5/26/06. Carl states that it should be in full compliance by then.
04/24/2006 INSP-FOLLOW UP ZONING ENFORCE Approved Met Carl on site. Progress has been made in clean up of area. Rear yard where the vehicles are parked have been cleaned up but still needs more work. Informed him that I will follow-up in 3 weeks.
04/13/2006 INSP-FOLLOW UP ZONING ENFORCE Approved Spoke with owner. He claims that front yard area is at the north portion of the property where he has cleaned up except for patio furniture and a trailer with expired tags. Informed owner that he is still exceeding his allowable capacity for storage. He indicated that he would remove storage from the rear yard of the north trailer. After researching, the area to the north is actually owned by city row. Send OZN.
