DAWN FROM TINAJAS DEVELOPMENT CALLED AND SAID THAT T06CM00583 HAD BEEN ISSUED FOR THIS LOCATION. WT REQUESTED THAT I CHECK WITH ENGINEERING. ENGINEERING ADVISED THAT THEY CAN CLEAR THE LAND WITH THE CURRENT PERMIT, BUT IF MORE THAN 50 CUFT OF FILL IS MOVED THEY NEED A GRADING PERMIT. SEE COPY OF ISSUED PLAN. THIS CASE AND T06ZV00132 ARE CLOSED. |
