Upon inspection I found a wood frame structure bein added to the primary residence. The structure is being constructed WOP and may be encroaching the front or street side setback. In addition an A/C unit is present on the roof and there is no permit in the system for a an installation. NOV sent 10-04-06. Follow up 30 days. |
