It was discovered that an small scale automotive repair business was being operated. The resident was informed that the activity must cease and not resume until properly approval had been obtained. In addition there were several other violations of the International Residential Code, National Electric Code and the Tucson Code adn Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance. These violations were addressed in an official Notice of Volation and sent to the property owner for correction and compliance. Abatement periods vary from 5 to 60 days. Follow up in 15 days. |
