I spoke with the owner, Brian Benz, and he explained that no work has been done at this address since he purchased it over 2 years ago. At that time he stated that the work was cosmetic only i.e., cabinets, painting floor coverings, etc. Nothing structural, electrical, plumbing nor HVAC. No permitting required. Invalid complaint. Close case. |
