BUILDING - MAIN STRUCTURE OK. EXTERIOR DECK BAD FIRE TO WOOD DECK AND BURNING PLANKS AND SOME JOIST MEMBERS. CEILING AND WALLS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY WATER FROM SPRINKLERS GOING OFF BY FIRE. THE STUCCO ON WALLS AND CEILING HAS BEEN REMOVED IN AREAS TO CHECK FOR FIRE PENATRATION.
PERMIT REQUIRED FOR STUCCO REPAIRS, FRAMING REPAIRS AND SPRINKLER NEEDS TO BE CHECKED BY LICENCE CONTRACTOR. PERMIT CAN BE OBTAINED AT 201 N. STONE AVE AND INSPECTED BY DEVEL OPEMENT SERVICES.
