11/14/2007 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION Continued Sharon Bonesteel called this morning. She and Mr. Hansen are bogged down in DSD's process. She wil resubmit this Friday. It is expected to take another 4 to 5 weeks for an answer from DSD. I will make a motion to continue Friday's review hearing. Follow up 30 days.
08/27/2007 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION Continued Review hearing today. Still no permit. Mr. Hansen has been working wiht DSD to resolve the issues and is making progress, however slowly. A review hearing is set for 11-16-07 @ 08:30. Follow up 11-12-07
08/10/2007 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION Continued Mr. Hansen did not appear today. I checked with DSD and the person assisting myself could not find any records regarding a Board of Adjustment hearing for Mr. Hansen's property at 1840 N. Mountain.
Judge Leavitt imposed a $500.00 sanction for the FTA and stipulated that no more time extensions will be allowed. Case will be referred to the City Prosecutor's office for criminal failure to abate charges.
Final review hearing is set for 08-27-07. DC
05/04/2007 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION Continued Mr. Hansen appeared in court this morning. He is awaiting his item to be placed on the Board of Adjustment agenda for review. Review hearing set for 08-10-07.
01/26/2007 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION Continued Mr. Hansen advised Inspector Cox that he is in the process at DSD. There are some additional drawing required by DSD. A motion to continue 30 days was made and granted by Judge Maish-Leavitt. Review hearing set of 02-21-07.
11/01/2006 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION Continued Review hearing today. Mr. Hansen appeared. He stated that he had paid an agent to prepare plans. That person took some down payment money and Mr. Hansen ahs never heard from him again. He did not appear in court on the 4th of October under a mistaken impression. Judge Leavitt set aside the default from the 4th. Mr. Hansen is attempting to get the appropriate permit for the building on his own. Another review hearing is set for 12-13-06.
10/04/2006 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION Continued Court today. Defendant did not appear. Judge Leavitt imposed a $200.00 fine, $50.00 default and $20.00 administrative assessment. A review hearing was set for November 1st, 2006.
