05/26/2006 INITIAL CODE VIOLATION Approved RECEIVED A CALL FROM HECTOR LUCCA THAT TPD ON SITE WITH CAR THRU BUILDING. ARRIVED TO SITE AND TPD HAD A POLICE CHASE OF STOLEN VEHICLE AND WRECKED INTO THE APARTMENT. GAVE PERMISSION FOR VEHICLE TO BE MOVED AND WENT TO CHECK INTERIOR OF UNITS. CHECKED UNIT T-104 FOR DAMAGE AND FOUND SHEETROCK CRACKED IN BACK BEDROOM AND CLOSET. SOME WOOD STUDS HAVE BEEN MOVED BUT APPEAR NOT TO BE BROKEN. LOOKS THAT STUDS CAN BE MOVED BACK INTO PLACE AND RE-NAILED. STUCCO AND DRYWALL WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED ONCE STUDS PUT BACK INTO PLACE. CHECK T-103 AND HAD NOISE COMING OUT OF UNIT AND NOT OPENING DOOR. MANAGER ON SITE HAD KEYS TO UNIT BUT WAITED UNTIL COULD BE ASSISTED BY TPD. THE OFFICER CALLED OFFICE TO CHECK IF ENTRY COULD BE GAINED AND WAS TOLD AS LONG AS I NEEDED TO CHECK FOR DAMAGE. OFFICER CLEARED UNIT AND I CHECK THE AREA IN CLOSET AND FOUND NO DAMAGE. LEFT UNIT DUE TO NO DAMAGE TO UNIT. GOT CAMERA AND TOOK PICTURES. HAD MANAGER ON SITE SIGN DAMAGE REPORT AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND GAVE COPIES. OWNER OF STOLEN VEHICLE CAME TO SITE AND WAS ABLE TO DRIVE VEHICLE OFF SITE. LEFT SCENE.

APPROX. 10 L.F. X 8' HIGH. PERMIT REQUIRED FOR FRAMING, DRYWALL AND STUCCO. PERMIT CAN BE OBTAINED AT 201 N. STONE AVE AND INSPECTED BY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES.
