Upon initial inspection it appears that a garage was converted into a living space of Guest House. In addition the structure is in violation of the Land Use Code regarding property line setbacks. It also appears that the tenants/occupants are accessing the property by traversing City owned property that is not designated approved and authorized right of way. A notice of violation will be issue. |
