CHANGES OF DIRECTION IN HARD DRAWN COPPER ARE TO BE MADE WITH FITTINGS, ANNEALING TUBE AND HAND BENDING IS NOT ALLOWED. THERE ARE SEVERAL PLACES WHERE TUBING HAS BEEN DAMAGED. ALSO, ALL COPPER JOINTS ARE TO BE REAMED TO THE FULL ID OF THE TUBE. PIPE INSTALLERS WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A DEBURRING TOOL.
