Where two or more means of egress are required, not more than one-half of the exits or exit access doorways shall be equipped with horizontal sliding or vertical security grilles. 3 Security Grills on the SE, NE, and NW corners of the building were key locked and the exits were not accessible while the building was occupied. Only one exit was open while some businesses operated on all three levels of building. |
