03/14/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION Violation On 12-12-06, a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 716 East Mabel, in Tucson, Arizona.

On 3-14-07, a re-inspection was conducted and at that
Time,we met with caretaker and worker Michael Hoffman who gave Insp. Navarro of City Of Tucson DNR, a tour on completed work.

The following International Fire Code 2003 Violation(s) was noted:

1). Currently work has been done to heater, which is unknown. An invoice of work shall be provided to determine if possible permits are required. IFC 110. If permit is required it will be up to City of Tucson Department of Neighborhood Resources to determine entry.

No occupation until the above conditions is met. Or other arrangements must be met

2). Smoke alarm is required to mount and operational. IFC 907.2.10.2.
Occupation is not allowed until this is met.

3). Currently inside is a health and safety hazard to all entering. Items such as but not limited to: food scraps, collapsing shelves, plastics, broken furniture, and assorted unused items.
This is an exiting hazard. Occupation into living room could barely be made. IFC 110.1
The inside of this house must be cleaned and storage orderly before habitation.

4). Holes in ceilings inside must be repaired. IFC 703.1
5). All flammable liquids must be removed from property or stored properly.
6). Currently little house in rear has combustible material still inside. All of the combustible material shall be moved. IFC 311.1
7). Currently there is stagnant water in pond this pond is algae ridden and bugs throughout. This pond is a potential The West Nile Virus havens. This pond shall be emptied. IFC 110.1
