Northwest exit gate from interior courtyard welded shut. Fences without locks at north and south ends of utility easement on the west side of the complex. The above complaints were not justified. The areas specified are in compliance with the fire code. Tenants are responsible for their own electricity (per management no electrical problems exist). gate from interior courtyard is welded shut and is not a required exit. The fences at the north and south end of the utility easement are chained and locked. This is acceptable as it is not public area. |
