On 12-13-06, a re-inspection was conducted and the following International Fire Code 2003 Violation(s) was noted:

1). Currently padlocks have been removed, but gates and doors must still swing with egress. Currently door from rehab area does not. IFC 1008.2

2). All areas not served by an automatic sprinkler and which are required to be covered by automatic sprinklers installed by approved contractors must be approved. IFC 901.6
