The resident was concerned that the trash truck needed access. I spoke with the property manager (Terry McGuinness) who asked that I remove the lock. I told her that I could do that but first I need a letter from them stating that it is their gate on their property and it would need to be signed by the association officers. She will fax and then we can remove lock. |
