Currently one is posted "610 9th" which seems to be incorrect and 2 building are missing addresses completely. IFC 505.1 (modified) states: Address numbers shall be in accordance with Pima County address display requirements. 2). Currently there is spray or sanding residue run- off from building. This is a hazardous material and this practice must stop immediately. IFC 2703.3 which states: 2703.3 Release of hazardous materials. Hazardous materials in any quantity shall not be released into a sewer, storm drain, ditch, drainage canal, creek, stream, river, lake or tidal waterway or on the ground, sidewalk, street, highway or into the atmosphere. 3). Currently in all buildings there are an excessive amount of open containers outside of flammable liquid storage cabinets. Only 10 gallons may be out of an approved flammable cabinet at one time. All of these containers shall be stored correctly. IFC 3404.3.4.4. 4). Fire sprinkler and test report shall be submitted to TFD with all repairs completed. IFC 901.6 5). Currently smoking being conducted in areas of flammable liquid storage and usage (open containers). This must stop immediately. In the future if cigarette evidence if found, immediate civil litigation shall be stated. IFC 310.2. 6). No smoking sings shall be posted throughout complex. In all buildings IFC 310.3 7). All excess tires shall be removed from property. IFC 304.1 8). Currently ventilation is not interlocked with operation of spraying equipment. This is violation of: 1504.2 Ventilation. Mechanical ventilation of spraying areas shall be provided in accordance with Section 510 of the International Mechanical Code. 1504.2.1 Operation. Mechanical ventilation shall be kept in operation at all times while spraying operations are being conducted and for a sufficient time thereafter to allow vapors from drying coated articles and finishing material residue to be exhausted. Spraying equipment shall be interlocked with the ventilation of the spraying area such that spraying operations cannot be conducted unless the ventilation system is in operation. 9). In sprinklered building, sprinkler coverage shall be continued under shelves or wooden shelves shall be removed. IFC 903.3 10). All shop rags shall be stored in approved containers.
