Occupant Frank Estrella was my contact and the same letter shall also be sent to him. The attached letter is your fire inspection report. The following International Fire Code Violation(s) was noted: Currently there are many items in the front yard that has been identified as a nuisance. The following items are, but not limited to: All wood products, appliances, roof tiles, doors, all plastics products, all auto mobile parts, boxes, gas cans, computer components and vacuums shall be removed and disposed of properly. This is a violation of IFC 304.2 304.2 Storage. Storage of combustible rubbish shall not produce conditions that will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare This letter is to inform you that abatement of these International Fire Code violations must be completed by 8-9-06. A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance. |
