The operator of the building shall immediately notify the fire code official and provide the new key when a lock is changed or rekeyed. The key to such lock shall be secured in the key box. 1. Provide proper keys for locks for office that has fire alarm pannel and keys to any alarms or locks to fire related equipment. 2. Supply contact phone numbers for property rept. or owners of property. Must placed so responding fire company can access these phone numbers. Any furtuer incidents regaurding these matter may result in citation and court action. MA29 contacted and assisted management with placing new keys in knox box and placing addional phone numbers in alarm pannel. |
