Truck was not present but large oil spill was evident on street in front of 8356 e Balfour. Spoke to neighbor, he said that this was an ongoing problem and that several inspectors had been out. The responsible parties father was present and became very hostile. TPD was called to assist. A citation was issued for release of hazardous materials. citation # 05818929 |
