Last inspection yeilded sprinklers in the East suite are now covered by a total hung ceiling. Per Suzanne Startt of Bourn Partners L.L.C. Management the Tenent was instructed by them [as well as by TFD] to either remove ceiling, to allow sprinkler coverage, OR drop sprinkler heads to below ceiling height. Neither has been done. *** Tenent shall, on or before 12/26/06, have the sprinklers in an approved configuration, or have an estimate, with an estimated completion date in their possession and a copy faxed to TFD and Bourn Partners. In the event no action has been taken per the above order a Pre-citation will be delivered to the store manager. Re-inspection, or receipt of above work status, is scheduled for 12/26/06. |
