05/18/2006 VIOL - PRECAUTION AGAINST FIRE Violation This property has become filled with excessive cars, motor home trailers and other debris, not contributing to the habitation of any residents. This property is endangering the neighborhood and is hereby declared a nuisance by The Tucson Fire department, under International Fire Code 2003 which states:

304.2 Storage. Storage of combustible rubbish shall not produce conditions that will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare.

On 5-17-06, photos documenting this situation was took on 5-16-06. These photos were also given to The Tucson Police Department.

The following is a brief description of the each photo and the abatement that must occur by the reinspection date below.

Not pictured are 5 cars that are in disrepair. All shall be removed from property. IFC 304.2

This is a trailer to close to the building, this trailer must be moved and placed 10 feet from a building. IFC 315.3




Picture #2

This is another motor /home trailer in various forms of dilapidation. (Broken windows, holes in walls, flat tires etc..)This trailer/motor home must be removed from property, it has become a safety hazard and nuisance. IFC 304.2

This is the fence on the west side of property that has collapsed to the point were it is now scrap wood.
This fence and wood shall be repaired or and shall be repaired or removed. IFC 304.2

All of these are from the back yard. All this debris shall be removed. IFC 304.2

This is a picture of #9- 10 gallon LPG containers The fire code only allows 15 gallons of flammable liquid to remain on property. IFC 2703.1 and IFC 304.2
