| 07/17/2006 | INSP - REINSPECTION | Violation | RE: Pre Citation Warning Dear Glen Property Management: On 5-17-06, a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 3838 East Lee, in Tucson, Arizona. On 7-13-06, a re-inspection was conducted and the following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) was noted (but not limited to): 1). Picture #1 This is a trailer to close to the building, this trailer must be moved and placed 10 feet from a building. IFC 315.3 2). Picture #2 There is an excessive amount of clothes. This is a fire hazard. All clothes shall be removed from back yard. IFC 305. Additionally, The fence surrounding property shall be repaired. Currently it is in a state of collapse. The entire back yard is in a condition of storage, which is creating a hazard. All non-used items shall be removed. This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 8-1-06. A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with these Tucson Fire Code requirements could result in civil litigation under; City of Tucson Ordinance 9609. |
