04/25/2006 INSP - FULL Violation 1). Ventilation in the machine area must be completed by 5-10-06. Upon arrival there was a haze, and particle smoke in the entire area. If unable to accomplish ventilation Tucson Fire Department will refer this machine shop to AZOSHA, for final review.
2). On that above date the room with the hot water heater was filled with combustibles. All must be removed. IFC 315.2.1
3). Full fire sprinkler test and inspection report shall be submitted to TFD, before 5-8-06. All required repairs shall be completed.
4). By 5-8-06, an appointment shall be made for a complete fire prevention inspection 5-22-06.
