Nonrequired fire protection systems and equipment shall be inspected, tested and maintained or removed. *** The sprinkler system shall be maintained, and proof delivered to fire marshal. ***Regarding hood system...If no cooking is being conducted then all gas lines shall be disconnected and capped, and Red Tagged by this office. With this accomplished, the hood system may remain as is. [NOTE: Before the gas red tags are removed the hood system MUST be code compliant, inspected and serviced] |
