Fire pump test report shall be submitted as per TFC 901.6 Inspection, testing and maintenance. 4). All containers with flammable or combustible liquids shall have secure lids in place. IFC 3404.3.1 5). Empty boxes on second floor shall be removed. IFC 304 6). 4th floor- J box D-4 shall have cover-IFC 601.5 7). 3rd floor fire alarm- power supply light shall be repaired- IFC 901.6 8). Spill control equipment is in front of electrical service, this is a violation of IFC 605.3. Which states; 605.3Working space and clearance. A working space of not less than 30 inches (762 mm) in width, 36 inches (914 mm) in depth and 78 inches (1981 mm) in height shall be provided in front of electrical service equipment. Where the electrical service equipment is wider than 30 inches (762 mm), the working space shall not be less than the width of the equipment. No storage of any materials shall be located within the designated working space. 9). 2nd floor.
