Must have C of O for each unit and correct the use or have building rezoned. 2. Unit 101 is used as an appartment. 3. Unit 103 has a loft with bed, with no permit. Also has improper ventalion for use as a artist studio. 4. Show use for all unit at 103 N Park. 5. Contact DSD at 791 5550 to reslove this problem. This problem has been refered to DSD, Steve Long. |
